Speech text :
Ladies and Gentlemen, Honorable Ministers, Excellencies, His Excellency the Ambassador, His Excellency the Minister of Trade, Chair of this ceremony, Dear partners, dear guests, Good morning everyone, In this place of excellence and encounter, allow me to acknowledge your warm presence. May this ceremony be the starting point of a collective adventure full of hope and progress. It is with immense joy and deep gratitude that I speak today on behalf of Technofest Belgium, alongside our partner, Dr. Fabrice Funiba, and the TURKABA organization. Thank you for your warm presence at this ceremony, which we hope will be the beginning of a shared adventure full of promise. Under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Minister of Trade, we are honored to participate in this major event, bringing together leading figures from the political, economic, cultural, industrial, and academic worlds. We came to Cameroon with a clear vision: to forge strong ties between Europe and Africa, between technological innovation and concrete needs on the ground. We deeply believe in the human, economic, and technological potential of Cameroon and the African continent. Our ambition, along with our Cameroonian partners, is to provide sustainable, accessible solutions adapted to local realities. Beyond technology, we aim to promote African know-how and bring it to international markets by supporting training, skilled employment, and indigenous development. In key sectors such as agriculture, health, the environment, education, and industry, we aim to move forward together, in a spirit of sharing, mutual respect, and co-construction. We are pleased to announce that the creation of a branch of the Technofest Institute of Technologies of Belgium in Yaoundé is underway—a project born from constructive dialogue, consistent with the country's educational priorities. We are proud to contribute to this dynamic and convinced that together, we can build a common future based on knowledge, cooperation, and solidarity. Thank you to the Cameroonian authorities, diplomats, entrepreneurs, partners, and all those who make this collaboration possible. This is only the beginning of a long journey—and we are proud to begin it here, with you. Thank you for your trust, Thank you for your welcome, And above all, thank you for believing in a shared future.
