About Prof.Dr.Mehrdad Fojlaley 

Dr. Mehrdad Fojlaley is an international scientist, innovator, and academic leader specializing in advanced technologies, applied sciences, and innovation management. He currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of the Technofet Institute of Technology and plays an active role in international scientific collaborations and technological development projects.

Dr. Fojlaley holds a PhD in Mechanic Biosystem Engineering (Agricultural Machinery Mechanics) and has conducted extensive research in plasma technology, nanotechnology, food preservation systems, artificial intelligence, and defense technologies. His innovative studies on Nano TiO₂ Plasma Technology for increasing the shelf life of fruits and vegetables have attracted international academic attention.

In addition to his scientific activities, Dr. Fojlaley is actively involved in innovation ecosystems, startup development, and international academic partnerships. He has contributed to multiple research projects, patents, and technology transfer initiatives across Europe and the Middle East.

He is also recognized for his leadership in fostering cooperation between universities, industries, and research centers, with a vision focused on sustainable innovation, scientific advancement, and global collaboration.
