Breakthrough Success: Our Nano Titanium Plasma System Heals Diabetic Wound in Cameroon
The Technofest Institute of Technology proudly announces the successful testing of its Nano Tio2 Plasma Wound Healing System in Cameroon, conducted in collaboration with our local representative, Dr. Fabrice Funiba.
This advanced plasma-based technology was applied to a diabetic patient suffering from severe infected wounds on both legs, where medical doctors had already recommended amputation as the only possible solution. Remarkably, within just four days of treatment, the infection was effectively controlled, and the healing process showed clear signs of recovery — preventing the need for amputation.
The Nano Titanium Plasma System works by generating a controlled, low-temperature plasma enriched with titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles, which interact with the wound surface to:
Eliminate bacteria and infection-causing microorganisms
Stimulate tissue regeneration and collagen formation
Improve local blood circulation and oxygenation
Accelerate the natural healing process without pain or tissue damage
This innovation represents a revolutionary approach to the treatment of diabetic and chronic wounds — a major challenge in modern medicine.
The Administrator of Technofest Institute, during his 15-day visit to Cameroon, closely monitored the device testing and patient progress, and held productive meetings with healthcare leaders and officials from the Cameroon Ministry of Health to discuss further cooperation and future clinical trials.
As an institution whose mission is “We are the Solutions”, the Technofet Institute of Technology continues its commitment to bringing hope and healing to patients across Africa and around the world through innovation and science-based technology.
