The official languages of the summit were Turkish, English, and French. The summit featured speakers from Turkey, Belgium, Iran, Egypt, Moldova, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. Topics discussed included sustainability, R&D/design/excellence centers, innovation, Industry 4.0/5.0/6.0, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, technoparks and TTO, government incentives and systems, technological collaborations, entrepreneurship, startups and funding, software and coding, e-commerce, crypto assets and digital payment systems, patents, and intellectual property rights. Additionally, presentations on the latest technological products and inventions were also given.
The R&D activities conducted in Belgium, the content of Technology Transfer Offices, Technoparks, and government incentives garnered significant interest from other countries. Similarly, participating countries shared their innovation and R&D activities in both the European Union and their own countries.
During the summit, topics such as the development of the new entrepreneurship ecosystem, the creation of joint projects with Turkey, and the establishment of an entrepreneurship fund were also discussed. After the meeting, a joint decision was made to hold the second International Sustainable R&D Innovation Summit in Romania or Moldova.
