Dr. Rania Sultan formal academician member of European academy of science , appointed as rector of the institute in Saudi Arabia
Biography – Dr. Rania Sultan: Dr. Rania Sultan is a pioneering Saudi academic, inventor, and researcher whose work bridges the frontiers of quantum biology, vibrational medicine, and sustainable health innovation. With over 35 years of academic experience in king Abdulaziz University, she has educated generations of students and led scientific initiatives focused on integrating nature, science, and technology for human well-being. Dr. Sultan is the first Saudi woman to establish a health and nutrition center based on probiotic and beneficial bacteria research, blending traditional wisdom with modern microbiome science. Her passion for life sciences and healing frequencies led her to invent the VitaWave QX™, a cutting-edge device combining photonic and vibrational therapy supported by artificial intelligence. The system draws inspiration from Tesla’s frequency research, HAARP technology, and quantum entanglement principles, offering innovative solutions for infection control and medical waste neutralization. For her groundbreaking invention VitaWave QX™, Dr. Rania Sultan has been honored with four international innovation awards, recognizing the device’s originality, scientific value, and global impact in healthcare technology. These awards highlight her leadership as one of the Arab world’s foremost female innovators advancing the future of medicine through quantum and biophysical sciences. She is the founder and representative of Technofest Institute of Technology (Belgium) in Jeddah, holding an official academic and cultural representation license. Her research and entrepreneurship are supported by The Flow Food Tech Incubator, where she develops probiotic-based health solutions and quantum wellness applications. Currently, Dr. Sultan is authoring a scientific book exploring vibrations, coherence, and quantum water, inspired by the theories of Dr. Mae-Wan Ho. Her mission is to advance a new paradigm in health — one thats views the human body as a coherent quantum system of energy, light, and life. She is member in the Academician at the European Academy of Sciences. Through her collaborations with international scientists and organizations — including the WHO Academy — Dr. Rania Sultan continues to promote cross-disciplinary innovation and cultural-scientific diplomacy, positioning Saudi Arabia as a global hub for visionary research and health technology
